Need to contact ebay by phone.
Seller agreed for me to buy service items to fix an undisclosed faulty product they sent me, due to further unforeseen problems i had to return product for refund, but im still £30 out of pocket for the service item which the seller now has, EBAY said i was entitled to get that money back, but can't find a way to contact ebay to get their help. Just going round in circles with their options..
