Need to check postage label was created correctly
Took a parcel to the Post Office today and the worker said postage was too low, only covered up to 2kg.
Came home and checked and the email with the label says up to 20kg.
Is there a way to tell if the worker simply misread or if my label has been created incorrectly?

Hi @nathansurgenor, thanks for your post.
If it was a simple delivery label, which I believe is the case, the courier is supposed to take your parcel in. If you are still having issues with this, you are more than welcome to confirm the item number, and I will take a look for you no problem.

I've just checked for you, and the label seems to be correct, and it is also a Simple Delivery label, so the courier should take in your parcel no problem.
