Need Manual Review for Limit Increase - Established Multi-Channel Seller with Verified Orange Connex Account

Hi everyone,
I am writing this post in hopes of getting some guidance or having an eBay Community Manager look into my account status.
I recently launched my eBay account to expand my established e-commerce business. I tried to request a selling limit increase through the automated system, but I received a notification stating that my account is under 45 days old and cannot be increased automatically yet.
While my eBay account is new, we are a well-established manufacturer and brand selling on other major platforms like Amazon, with a proven track record, high sales revenue, and excellent performance metrics.
Our Current Situation:
We have 5 main articles that we want to list. However, because our items have extensive variations (16 colors and multiple sizes per article), the variation count is very high. Due to the strict initial account limits, we have only been able to list 2 articles so far. The remaining inventory cannot be listed.
Logistics & Market Readiness:
We are fully prepared to launch and sell in the eBay United Kingdom (UK) market.
We have already successfully verified our fulfillment account with eBay's official logistics partner,
Our plan is to complete our multi-variation listings on eBay first, so we can immediately ship the exact matching inventory to the Australia fulfillment warehouse.
We have all necessary business registration documents, Amazon seller revenue/performance reports, and Orange Connex verification proofs ready for official review.
Since the automated help channels are not giving an option to connect with a human agent, could a Community Manager or supervisor please guide me on how to securely submit these documents for a manual account review? We are fully ready to bring high-quality inventory and official fulfillment compliance to the eBay marketplace.

Mentor1 month agoYou're registered in UAE, so the US eBay site would be your home site. I don't believe that the regs regarding account limits are any different there though. It doesn't matter where else you're selling, your limits only increase as you build up a trading record on eBay.
