Need Help with Payment Dispute

My buyer filed a payment dispute about 2 months ago I challenged it same day. approximately 2 months and 3 days have passed and dispute is still open waiting for response from buyer's payment institute. My payout is stuck from this long time what to do please help me..

I think bank disputes can take up to 90 days to resolve and the money will be held for that long. All you can do is wait and see what happens.

Is the 90 days time maximum wait time period or it can be longer if no response by the Bank.

I think it's normally quicker but shouldn't be much longer than 90 days. I don't know if they sometimes go over that time.
