Need help with my funds
I’m a new seller, the customer didn’t receive her order and Evri saying they are sending the item back to me but I haven’t received it either so what can I do now. I will have to refund the customer but what about my item which haven’t been delivered to me. Can you guys help thank you

Mentor2 weeks agoAsk the buyer to open a "not received" case and if you sent it using ebay's Simple Delivery postage ebay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the payment.
