Need Help With My eBay Account Restriction
Summary: amsha-8993 shared their experience of having their eBay account restricted due to 'suspicious activity' despite being verified and receiving confirmation from eBay. They reached out to eBay support but were told the restriction couldn't be removed or appealed. *vyolla* informed them that if eBay says the restriction can't be lifted, they won't be able to sell on the platform. tobiasd4 noted that since amsha-8993 is in Pakistan, they should contact support through eBay's main site instead of the UK site for assistance.
My eBay account was limited due to “suspicious activity.” I’m not sure what caused this issue.
My Payoneer account was successfully verified, and I also received an email from eBay on March 31, 2026, confirming that my account was verified and that I could start selling. However, I was still unable to start selling.
I’ve contacted eBay support several times and recently spoke with an agent as well, but I was told that the restriction cannot currently be removed or appealed.
I’m willing to follow all eBay policies and correct anything that may have caused the issue. Has anyone experienced a similar situation, or can someone guide me on what I can do to get my account reviewed and possibly reinstated?
Any genuine advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Mentor1 month agoThis is ebay UK, and Payoneer is not used here. I think you probably need to contact ebay.com

Mentor1 month agoThis is UK site, you are in Pakistan.
You need to log out and contact customer service on ebay.com

Mentor1 month agoNot the news you'll want to hear, but if eBay have told you that the restriction cannot be removed or appealed, then you cannot sell on eBay.
