Hello I need help royal mail didn't accept the order becouse box was to big so I have send item with paying extra that everi collect the parcel and they have done deliveri how can I update tracking number on the item I have been selling on eBay

You can't change tracking number if you don't use Simple Delivery but you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days but you will get it.
