Need help seller has not refunded me
Purchased a grill for my van Order number:18-15205-31945 , the seller messaged me and said that he was no longer posting it as it was to expensive and would canecl the order , ive now been waiting over a week and its still showing as pending , I no longer can contact the seller and i cant get to speak to a real person for help

Mentor1 week agoIf the estimated delivery date has passed open a "not received" case via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. Then escalate it after 3 complete working days to get a full refund.
