Need help adding bank details, getting an error message

Hello everyone,
I’m trying to add my SEPA bank account so I can get my payouts, but every time I click to add it, the page shows an error saying I can’t do it right now.
My account is active and everything else seems to be fine, so I’m not really sure what I’m doing wrong.
Could someone take a look at my account or tell me how to get past the error message so I can type my IBAN number in? My email reference ID is: #ae64e23a739e48459aeff7746e8cd04f

Mentor1 month agoYou won't be able to add that bank account, to register on eBay UK you need a UK bank account.

Use a desktop browser and add those details here.

Only certain banks are allowed in the UK, I'm not sure if yours is allowed for your country, but the people to ask are Customer Services here:
