Need eBay email to complain
Hi dear,
Can anyone tell me how to contact customer service eBay?
As o have tried contact us option but it doesn’t work. It only open AI help option.
Sec point is can anyone tell how and to whom to complain if have been charged for the postage while my buyer has already send me a prepaid label?
Please someone help me to approach eBay ?? Share email or contact number of eBay etc ???, xx

Mentor1 month agoBuyer's shouldn't be sending pre paid postage labels, ebay provides those.
Can you explain where you are seeing the charge? This is much more likely to be a misunderstanding of what you are looking at than Ebay's error.
