Navigating Return Issues with Online Purchases
Hi everyone,
I recently faced a challenge when trying to return an online purchase. I received a return label with a QR, but it didn't include any tracking information or indicate which postal service to use. When I visited the post office and a evri service, they couldn't recognize the QR code. To make matters more complicated, the seller is currently unavailable due to being on holiday.
Kind regards

OP2 weeks agoIs it possible the buyer send fake QR? With no information?

Mentor2 weeks agoReturn labels provided by ebay through a case are usually RM. You should have received a printed label as well as a QR code.

Mentor2 weeks agoContact Customer Services explain the issue you've encountered, see what they suggest or if they can send a valid return tracked label.
It's not easy to contact an agent at CS, but go to Help & Contact top left of your eBay homepage, and keep typing in... speak to an agent , it can take quite a few attempts!
Best times are around 8 a.m. on weekdays when there's more chance of Dublin answering.
