Have you ever found yourself in a challenging situation with an online purchase? For example, I recently bought a smartwatch that was misrepresented in the listing, as it turned out to be permanently locked. The seller has been uncooperative and contradictory when I reached out to resolve the issue. I’m hoping to return the item, but I’m concerned about whether the seller will honor the return and confirm receipt. How have you handled disputes like this? Do you have any tips for ensuring a smooth return process and safeguarding your rights as a buyer? Please share your experiences and advice!

Mentor1 week agoeBay is a risky place to buy things. The user agreement specifically warns buyers that they do not guarantee the quality of items sold here, or that they will be truthfully described, safe, legal - or even exist.
eBay's provides its own, very strong money back guarantee for most items bought here. Unfortunately many buyers never read it. If you had, you would have told us exactly when you bought it, not just "recently". The time limit i crucial - you get strong protection for 30 days, but from day 31 eBay won't be interested.

Mentor1 week agoIF received within the last thirty days just open and item not as described case if the watch is locked. ITs simple.
I know flowery AI which i am sure stands for Actual Idiot as it doesn't learn, so it has very little actual intelligence, likes to have experiences and advice and for us to share stories..... When there really isn't anything else to share bar the bare facts!
