Mysteriously reduced balance
Has anyone else noticed their balance going down even when they haven't used any of it? The numbers just don't add up, a purchase that I MAY have made using my balance is far less than the amount my balance has reduced by.

Mentor3 months agoWhy not look at your account. Every transaction is there, and balance reflects money in and out. Money does not just disappear!

Mentor3 months agoWe have no access to your account so cannot comment. However I would suggest you check here, it will list any outgoings/incomings etc.
