My US buyer can't purchase, although I chose international postage
I have a US buyer, and my listing says he can buy but when he tries to buy and pay, enters his zip code, it says the item can't be shipped there. I have no idea why, and I cannot find a human being to ask....

Mentor6 months agoIf you use ebay's Global Shipping Programme the item might be something they don't accept.
You could opt out of GSP in your postage preferences and then end and relist the item with direct postage to the USA on your listing.
