My sold item was returned

Question

My sold item was returned to me, no reasoning from Royal mail just a hand written return to my name. Ebay account states sold money pending delivery, tracking still says with courier! Finally the buyer has responded to my text saying he's been offline but still wants the item and says his address is correct! Wants me to resend, how can I without a newcQR code.

Tried constant contacting of ebay just cant get through to a human being.

Any ides.

To keep it on ebay you'd have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist for them to buy and pay again.
