Hi everyone.

I have updated my name in my personal settings buy everytime I buy something the parcel arrives addressed to my old name!

You used to be able to contact ebay but not anymore.

Automated chat is unable to understand the difference between my personal name and the problem I have on receiving items addressed to my old name. I am cut off.

Please help.

I can't even find an email to email someone at ebay?

You also have to change it on your delivery address - here:
