My original payment method is no longer viable
How can I change the refund details to show my new card details ?
I need to start a return process for an item that doesn't match the description, and the refund details state that the payment will be made to the original. Not normally an issue, but I have a new card, with new number etc. What happens now ?

Mentor2 weeks agoRefunds have to go back to original source.
If new card is for same bank account, not an issue.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the refund is made to a closed account it will bounce back to eBay, and await details from you, for the new account.
Use a laptop / desktop browser, not the app and change those details here:
https://ppcapp.ebay.co.uk/myppc/wallet/list
It can take a few days for eBay to verify those new details, so the refund won't appear there immediately.
