Hello, my seller account has been temporarily restricted shortly after registration. I received a notification asking me to contact eBay and answer a few questions to verify my account. My Payoneer account is also verified. I am ready to provide any information or documentation required to verify my account. Kindly review my account and let me know what questions or verification steps I need to complete so that my selling privileges can be reactivated. Thank you.

Log out and contact eBay from ebay.com.

Account requirements are UK resident orientated including the need to file acceptable UK Banking based details and valid addresses which differs from the Global/International USA site requirements ---
