My new shop isn't in search
I changed my shop name and logo last year and all has been well but i have just noticed that when i am on my shop in the search bar it is under my old shop name so when I have searched my new shop it says doesn't exist. I have gone into my shop accounts and check all my details and they are looking good for my new shop name but still in the search bar is my old shop attached to my new shop. How do I change this? Many thanks in advance.

Im on my table computer so not sure I can do a screen shot. It looks like the URL is still in my old store name so when I go on my shop in the URL search bar is says ebay/str/then my old shop name. So not sure how to change this. Help is welcome. Sorry it took so long to reply new baby in the family

No worries and congratulations on your new baby. The url doesn't update when a shop name is changed. The url is created from when a shop was first set up so that would be why its showing a mismatch. Its not a setting that you can change on your side. I'll log a ticket with our tech team to see if it can be changed and I will let you know when I have an update.
