My negative review
I tried to return a watch which started deteriorating after 4 weeks but the seller refused. I left a 1star review but this hasn't appeared on their reviews. How can I have my review on their profile. Also how can I report them to eBay when it just says case closed!

·3 weeks agoYour negative feedback is there on the seller's profile. Make sure you switch the view from the stupid "Most relevant" default setting to the far more relevant "Most recent" setting which used to be the default.

What type of case did you open?

OP3 weeks agoIt was just after the 30 days. The watch was fine when it arrived but the black casing started to peel off and the strap was freying. It still told the time but not something you'd wear as it looked so tatty. I sent photos but was told the return was refused and the case was closed. My negative review wasn't on the seller's site.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou only have 30 days after that ebay will not get involved. Speak to your payment provider.
You probably said something in the feedback which is not allowed, or referred to a case which was out of time.
