My message to seller blocked after I finished the deal with him

Dear Ebay Community,
I came to you to report something that happens to me for sometimes. Today I bought and paid PayPal an article of a Kazakistan Seller. After buying and paying as I do always I address him a welcome message being the first deal in this case, and give him my address and mobile contact to pur on parcel shipping label, as I do always after finishing my deal. This situation happens very ocasionally, once my message has always the same content like a script.
Can you help me, in order to solve this stupid blocking situation, once I always fullfill the Ebay rules ? I thank you in advance for your kind help.
