My listing was flagged for "Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay"

Currently, my listing does not contain any offer to buy the item outside of eBay. However, I also can't edit the listing: every time I click Edit listing the page reloads and nothing happens.
I think it was most likely flagged because I had previously added a link to the manufacturer's information page for the item. Just to clarify, there was no offer to purchase the item outside of eBay and it wasn't even possible to buy this item there. I added the link purely for the buyer's convenience. After I received the first flag, I removed the URL, and the listing was restored. As far as I can see, it also started receiving views again.
However, later it was restricted again for the same reason, even though the listing no longer contains the URL or any text suggesting an off-eBay sale. Perhaps the backend is just slow and the listing stuck in an unexpected state, but who knows.
What can I do in this situation? Is there a way to have the listing manually reviewed or reset so that I can edit it again?

Mentor1 week agoYou will need to start again, once removed they cannot be edited or relisted, and will just sit in your unsold items for I think 60 days, then disappear.

Mentor1 week ago · EditedList it from scratch with some slight changes and no links. It was the link that got it flagged before.
