My listing has lost it’s buy now button

So I list most of my stuff on seven day “auction”and “buy now” most things sell on auction. However I have a listing on at the moment that I set up with both. It is doing well. Someone wanted to buy it now but the buy it now button had gone. Making it an auction only listening. The sale would have been £55. I don’t think the auction will generate that much. What can I do? I am going to be down on a sale and I have lost a customer

If you list Buy It Now with auction the BIN element always disappears if someone places a bid first (unless you use a reserve, but minimum reserve is £50 and expensive, plus non-refundable even if item does not sell).
