Mentor6 months agoIf he chose the collection option at checkout he would have been given the code.
If he didn't choose that option you should not have let him collect.

Mentor6 months agoIf you open the Simple Delivery postage label it will mark the item as dispatched. It will remain unused and the cost will be refunded to the buyer, assuming the listing had buyer pays postage on it.
