My item is too big to post in the inpost locker
My item is sold and buyer has paid for inpost delivery service. The item is a small oak table 50x50x55cm.
How can I get eBay to change the delivery options?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou may need Parcelforce to take that, and for that you'll need to buy postage yourself.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou may want to explain to your buyer that you made an error in the listing and it should have been collection only, and ask if they'll agree to cancel.
If they do, you can then cancel by selecting 'buyer asked to cancel', that won't give you a defect against your selling account.
