My item hasn’t arrived
My item should have been here on Wednesday there’s no tracking well there is but when you click on it there’s nothing tried contacting the seller but being told contact customer service but when I try to I get I’ve got to wait till the 31 st I need it for tomorrow so it’s no good

OP2 weeks agoHe marked it as despatched and got tracking but he hadn’t sent it he said he was going to send it tomorrow when he was back

OP2 weeks agoThe question is he wasn’t here to post the item so why did he mark as dispatched and add tracking when he wasn’t here to post and was only going to send it when he got back of his holiday

Mentor2 weeks agoBecause when you print an ebay label it automatically marks it as dispatched.
If you want a refund, use the money back guarantee.

OP2 weeks agoAs I keep saying if he printed a label he could have sent he was only going to send it today when he got back of holiday he wasn’t here when it was sold so couldn’t send because he wasn’t here should have marked as on holiday he didn’t want to do that because he would probably loose sales

OP2 weeks agoIt has nothing to do with how long it takes for delivery the whole point is he was on holiday he could not have sent it he said it was dispatched and gave tracking then I got a notification that it was delayed I messaged him where it was not long after got a message saying order cancelled the reason being out of stock or damaged if he had sent it it wasn’t out of stock or damaged because you would not send something damaged in the mean time he replied to my message saying he was on holiday and he was going to post when he got back so he didn’t post when he said he did
