MY ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED DUE TO ADULT CONTENT .... BUT
I am selling a collection of page 3 models appearances in the Star and Sun newspaper
it was all was going fine , then it was being reported and removed .
I found this strange as there are plenty of similar items
I contacted eBay and I had a female agent tell me that NO NUDITY was allowed
Even though I sent the agent a link to a completely naked girl listed on eBay
She advised me they are not allowed to look at the listing!
What I did was report the listing and see what happened
It came back there was nothing wrong with it!!!!
So I used the link "sell it yourself"
All was going well until now when I got a notice that I was suspended for 3 days for policy violation
Any advice would be very much appreciated

·5 months agoThe policy is here - I have copied and pasted the relevant section.

What is the policy?
Sexually-oriented adult material is not allowed. This includes the following:
So, as you can see and as you were advised, nudity is not allowed.
Going forward, this has to be about what you do and not what other sellers may 'get away with'. It is annoying if you report a clear violation and it is not removed, however, I am sure you will be even more annoyed if you break the rules again and possibly face a pemanant ban.
(And, i really don't see why the gender of the Customer Services agent was relevant. The advice you were given was correct.)
