my funds went into the red, when I paid for a postage label...why?
hi, Help with postage labels funds and bank accounts.
Whilst my funds was in ZERO, I bought some labels and it didn't take the payment from my designated bank account - it just added the cost to make my funds go into the red. Then, when something was paid for it deducted that from the payment so really it feels like that I didn't get the full amount for the item that I sold. So, does anyone know why it did this? It's meant to take payment from my bank account if there aren't enough funds isn't it?
