My faulty stamp
I sent a stamp to someone in hong kong which they have said is faulty. The only thing is they sent me not one but 2 pictures of 2 different stamps which you could clearly see were not the same as the one i sent....What can i do?, i am the seller and they are saying my stamp was faulty yet the pictures they sent me showing the fault.....isn't even my stamp in both pictures.......What can i do

Mentor3 weeks agoNot a lot you can do except accept return.
If you do nothing, the buyer if they know the system can escalate the case to ebay, who will refund.
Possibly buyer has made a mistake and got the wrong seller, and will go no further.

OP3 weeks agoIts not fair, where is my ebay protection, i am getting scammed by the customer, these pictures which were sent to me arent even my stamp. So thats your opinion iis it to allow myself to be scammed, if what you say is true and ebay sides with the scammer i will take ebay to court, one way or the other ebay will answer why must a customer must always be right even though i have proved the customer to be a liar

Mentor3 weeks agoThe buyer is obviously a stamp collector, and may well have made a genuine mistake.
Send them a message to please look through their purchases as they have made a mistake, because those are not your stamps. They need to contact the correct seller.
