My ebay balance has disappeared

Question

My ebay balance disappeared without warning. I did not transfer it out, and I didn't not use it for ebay purchases. I can't get customer services to phone me either. Can anyone help or advise please?

Balance can only “disappear” if there is a transaction, you must look at all transactions to see what the debit was that presumably reduced the balance to nil.
