my pc shut down by power cut logged back on went to my ebay all my previous in summary listings were lost is there anyway i can retrieve whats lost thanks bob

Mentor10 months agoI'm not sure exactly what you mean by "all my previous in summary listings".
A computer power failure will probably wipe out any work in progess that was still in the short-term memory (I've been there!). But the term "all of" your previous listings sounds as though these had already been uploaded to eBay.
Anything previosly uploaded to eBay would be unaffected by a computer crash, and should still be in your My eBay. Ditto if you had previously saved it to an HDD os SSD.
Good luck - and treat yourself at Christmas to a backup uninterruptable power supply. It's been a life saver! (14 power outages in six months!)

Mentor10 months agoThat's not really possible. An account's info is with ebay, it's not just local with you. Do you have another ID? Try logging out and clearing cookies. If no joy contact ebay and ask them to check your account. You can request a callback on here:
