My buyer wants to collect his item but i wont be in which is fine but how does this work ?
My buyer wants to collect his item left in a safe place as we won't be in - panto day - how does this work if we don't exchange end codes ??

Mentor9 months agoThis could prove very risky and expensive for you if you are not able to get the code on delivery.
Buyer could just claim not received to get a full refund, or even leaving in a safe place, could be stolen. Again you would end up refunding.

Mentor9 months agoThe buyer only gives you the code when they collect the item. It shows.... Collection made !
If you are not going to be in, you will both have to arrange a more convenient time for this collection.
