My Buyer is in Northern Ireland, and the system won't let them pay?

I have a buyer in Northern Ireland saying that they're trying to pay but can't as they are getting a message saying that I don't ship to Norther Ireland.

I'm using Evri with an ebay generated postage label and I've not excluded northern Ireland as a postage destination. I have it set up for UK only, and exclude Southern Ireland, but not the North.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and what was the solution?

It's a low value item, and they've not asked me to do anything under the counter.

It may be to do with Evri because they charge more for NI, whereas Royal Mail charge the same as the rest of UK. Probably the best thing to do is cancel the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders page) and relist after removing Evri as an option here:

Then the buyer can buy again using Royal Mail.
