My buyer has paid but we didn’t exchange the code when she collected the item

My buyer has paid but we didn’t exchange the code when she collected the item. I have asked her to find the code in her emails and send it to me so the funds are released, but she hasn’t done so yet.  I’ve tried the chat bot for advice but it wasn’t any use.  Any ideas on how I can proceed from here please?

Without the code, you have to wait 14 pays to get paid. You shouldn't have let item go without code, you don't have any proof buyer collected item.
