Mentor10 months agoYes, that would happen if dispatch is shown not to be made on time.
It is annoying when buyers ask this after buying, and you have 2 options.
Agree , and buying Simple delivery postage once triggered, it marks the item as dispatched. You can send your buyer a message explaining this, and that you will actually post the item on, ** date agreed.
Or, cancel the order with buyer's agreement, this fully refunds them. Relist for them to buy when they are home to receive their item.
