My balance has gone.

This is second time this week that my balance has gone to 0.00. It was only £1.02 last week, then my reminder last night. I sold 2 items, had £24 something, I spent £19 leaving the £4 £5, woke up today and its gone again. What's going on.

Have you perhaps promoted items?

This will show you a breakdown of your transactions and any fees paid, promotions, ( ad fees).

If you wish to continue selling all new items, you will need to change your Private account which is for selling second hand used items, such as wardrobe / attic/ garage clear out, to a Business account which is one for selling all Brand New items.

This will show you how to convert your account, you do keep all feedback.

Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
