I recently created my eBay account and published my very first listing. Shortly after that, my account was temporarily restricted.

The message says that I need to contact eBay because they need to verify some information.

Has anyone experienced this before? What information does eBay usually ask to verify, and how long does the verification process take? Is there anything I should prepare before contacting eBay Support?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Have you registered properly to sell on ebay, with a bank account added which ebay verifies to check that you have access to it.
