My account was temporarily restricted
When i was converted my eBay account from buyer to seller , Next day i have receive the massage from ebay , The massage is we are temporarily restricted your account please verify your identity.. So anyone please tell me how i can connect with live agent on chat box..

Hi @ra998142 , thanks for your post.
Once you start selling on eBay, you'd need to verify your ID and bank details in order to be in compliance. This is a normal process all sellers have to go through at some stage, so don't worry about it, the process is fairly simple and if you follow the steps given to you, you can upload a photo ID and enter your information to confirm it, and then will be able to start selling no problem.
If this is not completed, you might not be able to sell on site.
