My account payments are on hold
My account payments got put on hold due to my listing flagged as a counterfeit item so i have remove the listing. So ebay asked me to put in my bank details to verify that it is me. But my email doesn't match with my real legal name and it couldn't let me change the name on the bank account holder details. So the name that it says on the bank holder details is my email so i need support to make sure that my real legal name shows up on the bank account holder details.

Mentor6 months agoWhat your email is is completely irrelevant for these identity checks.
Your registered name in your account details needs to exactly match that on all the identity check documents, that's the point of the checks.
Depending on which is not your 'real legal name' dictates what you do next.
