My account is showing an order as overdue for posting but has been dispatched. How do I sort this ?
My account is showing an order as overdue for posting but has been dispatched. How do I sort this out by having it show as dispatched? ?

Mentor4 months agoYou are a Private seller so you should be using Simple Delivery postage for your eligible items.
If you did not do this for that overdue item, the message to post will soon disappear, but you cannot now add any new tracking, or mark as dispatched. eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details. If a case is opened later for item not received, you will be able to add those tracking details.

OP4 months agoHi, thanks for your reply. It was sent using the simple delivery system. I have the label on my phone but it won't remove it the order from "awaiting dispatched". Do I need to contact ebay? Do you have a phone number by any chance?

Mentor4 months agoOdd, as I understood once triggered, an SD label automatically marks as dispatched.
There is no phone number for Customer Services, and admit the process to contact CS now, is not easy.
Contact them through the link below, it seems to be only an automated chat no Call Back option if using a desktop browser, but others have found a Call Back option on the app or mobile browser.
