My account is restricted. I am trying to return an item. Messages are not going through
I accidently added my phone number as it is automatically on the bottom of my emails. I am trying to return an item to the seller for a refund but my messages don't seem to be going through now. How do I rectify. ? 🙏
I've been trying for ages now but can't seem to work my way round eBay

·11 months agoIf you want to return an item and you are within 30 days of purchase, you don't need to send messages to the seller.
Even if your account is restricted, you should still be able to start a return.

To request a return, select the item you want to send back from your recent purchases above, or use the button below. You can also start a return request from your Purchases in My eBay.

Mentor11 months agoIf you have had a timed account restriction, it cannot be used until the time lapses .
Contact eBay Customer Services and explain you need to return an item, they can help you with this.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
