Hi please can you give me some advise. i had a tiscali email well i tried to get into it but it had an email address that would not let me in, when it says it would send a link to email to get me back in it was the email i could not use anymore so i was stuck. could not reply to customers, im no clever on computors so did not know what to do . i was restricted, so i spoke to a lady a year later and she said it would be lifted in september. when it was not i spoke to a man who said he would appeal it and id hear back, but ive heard nothing, i had a computor man get me my money back from it and changed the email, but it needs more but i dont know how to create another email i keep trying biut they dont work .how do i get my a

As this would involve a change of personal details on your account the best option would be to contact customer support by phone. For security they can verify you and then review the account details with you.

Its possible that you may have more than one account on eBay which would be why they might need to check it. Its best to ask them to help talk you through changing your email address on the account.
