My About Information ? Error message.

Question

I am a private seller and have just tried to enter some background information about myself for my potential buyers. I keep getting the same message.

"There seems to be a problem serving this request" in red at the top of the page.

Is it because I am a private seller? Or ?

@graham582010 just checked on my private seller account and it's still working fine for me. The only thing I would suggest is taking out any line and paragraph breaks as that was a tech issue some time ago that was stopping them from saving. Although it was eventually fixed, it may have reared its head again.

I don't believe this is an option anymore. Those you see, were entered many moons ago! @graham582010
