Multiple sales to one customer
I have sold 3 items to the same customer and will package the items as one. How do I reinvoice the client so that he only has to pay one postage fee?

·9 months agoIf you sold with Ebay Simple Delivery, then Ebay set and collect the postage and you can't send an invoice with combined postage.
If you only use one label, then the buyer will be reimbursed by Ebay for the extra postage. This can take up to 30 days.
Remember that the tracking will only show one item as delivered.

OP9 months agoDo I need to do anything though. Items were sold with Simple Delivery. I can't print the label until the buyer has paid. So should he pay for the postage of all three items and Ebay will reimburse him. Thank you for your time.

·9 months agoI would message the buyer and explain you can't change the postage. However, if you are both agreeable, you could cancel the sale and relist as a custom bundle for this buyer as they have not paid yet.
Otherwise, they have to pay for all 3 and eventually Ebay will refund them for unused labels.
