Multiple items purchased one postage amount

Question

I have sold 5 of the same items and the customer has paid one amount of postage which would be for one item, the prepaid postage is not for the 5 items. How do I get round this and get the correct label?

Explain the problem to the buyer. Then cancel/refund the transactions with their agreement and relist the items for them to buy and pay again. If you can parcel them together but for higher postage list them on one listing with that higher postage. If not ask the buyer to stagger the purchases and pay separately so they are not combined.
