Multi buy discount on separate orders? Can't combine shipping
A buyer has placed 2 separate orders for the same product. Even though they were separate orders the buyer has still received a multi buy discount. Ordinarily I would combine shipping and refund the missed discount. But because they are click and collect orders I can't use combined shipping. Is this a glitch, or a new policy? It doesn't seem fair that the buyer gets a discount and I have to pay twice for postage.
