M&S Floral print HIGH NECK LONG SLEEVE DRESS SIZE 12
I bought a dress based on the photograph which showed the length of the dress on the model as a midi. When the dress arrived it was a maxi length to my ankles, even though I am a tall person. The purchase was covered by eBay price refund. I started a return and identified the dress as a ":does not fit". My return was "closed" The Seller refused a refund. It is impossible to contact eBay to appeal this decision.

Mentor5 months agoDoes not fit is classed as change of mind return, private buyers can refuse these.
You won't be able to open another case now.
Best to sell on yourself, make sure you give actual measurements of item.

Mentor5 months agoUnfortunately "Doesn't fit" is classed as a "change of mind" return which sellers can refuse. You should have used "Not as described". You could try contacting ebay about it. You can request a callback on here:

Or resell it yourself.
