Mentor4 months agoIf they are selling vehicles then cash is recommended way to pay, as Money Back Guarantee does not apply.
If they have listings then accepted methods of payment are shown on the listings and if it shows paypal accepted then they have no choice.
In real terms, sellers never know how a buyer pays unless buyer tells them.
