Money disappeared
My sale went through all fine item received money went into my eBay balance.. it cleared and now it has gone somewhere not quite sure where?
It’s not in my balance or bank account how can I resolve this
buyer has not opened up a dispute

If this doesn't clear up the missing money matter contact eBay Customer Services they have full access to your account and can explain this for you. Wait till 8 a.m. live agents are then on duty, and there's more chance of Dublin answering you, too.
