Hi all

Buyer has opened a case for INR but it has been 41days so obviously outside the ebay money back guarantee but just wondered if ebay protect you from bad feedback as well? Can`t seem to find that info. apart from the 30days thing.

I think buyers have 60 days to leave feedback.

If the buyer leaves feedback saying their item didn't arrive, then Ebay are unliklely to remove it.

Feedback can be left up to 60 days.

Did tracking show as delivered?

no, I know ebay won`t refund as past the 30days,was just wondering about feedback but she has just bought something else so I think I will refund as it could get messy!!!
